For those of us who like to keep our faith alive tomorrow as you may or may not know is shrove tuesday.For years i have looked forward to this day to get my yearly dose of pancakes with sugar and lemon.But the thought of it is just not appealing to me.

The good old fashioned way, with butter, butter, and more butter! If you can get a good maple syrup, which isn't easy in this country, I'd recommend that as well.

The pancakes and maple syrup they do in the US is outrageous, it's that tasty.
