Standard Farce, and the league again could be decided in the Courts/Committee Rooms and not on the pitch.
Could it be difficult this day in age, that a website be launched which could indicate the status of players at any given time in the EL. This could be cross referenced by all concerned, especially the referee or some match offical, when the teamsheet is handed in prior to the match.
Of course it would involve the FAI managing the website and keep it up to date!
Simple Solution, maybe too simple!
And the next farce of this type could affect the Rovers, remember that!
