    Irish Abroad 2015/16

Less than a month after the Champions League final, the new season for Irish players based in England and Scotland starts tonight with West Ham, Aberdeen and St Johnstone kicking off their Europa League campaigns in the first qualifying round.

Josh Cullen and Joey O’Brien are named in the West Ham squad for the EL, but Darren Randolph misses out for now, since he only officially signed for them on July 1st. The Hammers’ game against Andorran side FC Lusitans will be streamed live on whufc.com for anyone who wants to watch it: http://www.whufc.com/News/Articles/2...e-on-whufc-com

Graeme Cummins could make his debut for St Johnstone against Alashket of Armenia, with Joe Shaughnessy also expected to feature

Adam Rooney, Jonathan Hayes and Willo Flood have travelled with the rest of the Aberdeen squad to Macedonia for their tie with Shkëndija

The live blog will be running tonight with the lineups, and updates here: http://irish-abroad.appspot.com/Live

Darren Randolph has been named to start for West Ham. They announced their starting lineup yesterday. Joey O'Brien also starts.

I didn't see that, some of the West Ham forums were saying he wasn't eligible. good news that he's starting anyway.

I know. Since that picture was taken he has acquired a full sleeve. Is the upper arm part of the sleeve?

Here is a more recent pic.

it's a massive gamble by Bilic. they need a win, and he's made eleven changes, including those two!
If I didn't know any better, I'd swear he didn't want to qualify for the next round. Of course, it could be he doesn't want players exhausted from travelling before playing Arsenal on Sunday
