on waterloo fc facebook they have lost their manager to glen celtic a ???? any idea what is happeniong up there
Surely all there A players can't b gone from club? What is the rule there now if some of there B team players are after playing 5 games with the A team already what happens then?
Sad to see the A team folding but the cracks are on the wall for a while in my opinion, I know a lot of people have bad things to say about the club but theyre are genuinely nice blokes in that club just left down by the odd few (which every club has had at some point) and their line which they cant control but should it not be the case where the b team are to go premier automatically and c team take their place in their respective league? The c team are a poor div 3 side with little experience playing in the aul and now theyre being thrown in at the deep end of the premier?
it is strange for waterloo to come out with this , but i supose its watch this space at the moment before anything is confirmed with glen A
Lads any idea on why the updated league tables don't be updated becoming a joke now like is it the only local football that their is never a league table updated weekly on the internet

Heard vinny gone from glenthorn before even kicking a ball with them heard he signed wit rockmount
Good player vinny. Don't think he would get in up there though. Massive culture shock too going from glen where training is non existent to going up to work under billy. Lots of lads just not cut out for working that hard every week. Takes fierce commitment. Nice lad, hope it does work out for him, that's if there is any truth in it at all.
Fairly irrelevant point to make really. The way he was coached under age has no relevance as to whether or not he has the head for that level of intensity at training week in week out. It's not a case of just showing up for a game at the weekend up there. Also every senior club out there has given countless young fellas game time to see if they are good enough, how many of these actually go on to play with top senior clubs. That's just a general point, no stab at vinny. Hope it works out for him. Far more talented players than him have gone up there and left as they don't have the right head for that intensity.
I have to agree with Killer. You can tell the difference a mile off between a player who has had proper schoolboy coaching at one of the established clubs and one who hasnt. I get your point about it maybe being lost by early to mid 20s, but at least he has had some exposure.
Just remember, every kick makes me stronger and more determined. Indians always come back!
Attitude towards constant intense training is what I'm talking about not ability to play ball. Coaching under age does not give you the right head towards training hard, that's just something you either have or you don't. Again this is just a general point, nothing to do with vinny
I think we are on the same point. The mental side that has to come from within needs to be added to your football in your mid late teens. Lifestyle choices too play a huge part
