Surprised not to hear anything about this chap all season after a decent loan spell at Colchester in 12/13 season.
Think he was injured for a large part of the season, didn't play between november and april.
at least, I can't find any record of him playing for the West Brom U21 side in that period
<EDIT>
Going by his twitter account he had surgery to sort out an abdominal problem during the season: https://twitter.com/search?q=from%3A...ston+operation
Scored a lovely goal last night for West Brom against Port Vale in a pre season friendly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zs5oB_NQIdc&t=1m53s
Seems pretty decent sort confident and capable, obviously someone thinks he is pretty
good, good enough to go to the trouble of making a video, looked pretty good or was that just the music
Mind you the video will be his 'best bits'.
One to keep an eye out for, would not too surprised to see him on the pitch for West Brom this season.
Have we ever ascertained his connection? I doubt his mother has Irish blood and Garmston isn't a very Irish name so I'd be reckoning his paternal grandmother is Irish. That seems a distant enough connection given that his profile as being one of the fastest people his age in the UK would surely have propelled him somewhere towards England under-age sides, coupled with the fact that his father is a renowned physio.
So will he get a call up to the senior squad if he makes appearances for West Brom? He has kinda gone under the radar.
I'm a bloke,I'm an ocker
And I really love your knockers,I'm a labourer by day,
I **** up all me pay,Watching footy on TV,
Just feed me more VB,Just pour my beer,And get my smokes, And go away
Cant see that at work? Does it say he doesnt want to burn bridges or is keeping his options open or does it say i want to play for england. Dont worry he is young, he is still with Ireland
Unless of course its the one about him liking Chris Brown I can see why that would upset you.

Throw him on the slag heap with Grealish and Matt Holland. We don't need his type around here.
Grand/Father could have been a British soldier stationed in Northern Ireland?
But he loved the Smith'icks.
Prominent in this U21 game against Wolves, however, he failed to score despite having some opportunities.

signed for Gillingham FC on a month's loan: http://www.gillinghamfootballclub.co...g-2207815.aspx
Hopefully he'll finally get some more first team football - if he doesn't look like breaking into the West Brom next season, perhaps he should follow Derrick Williams' lead and drop a couple of divisions to move forward - it'd be good to have a couple of young specialist left-backs at our disposal over the next few years, rather than having to think about whether we have to improvise with somebody like Robbie Brady and compromise his attacking potential.
Got his first senior competitive goal for Gillingham yesterday - could be worth our while keeping a close eye on this loan spell, although if he doesn't break into the West Brom first team early next season, he should probably think about following the likes of Robbie Brady, Shane Duffy, Derrick Williams and Samir Carruthers by dropping down a division or two on a permanent deal to get his career going.
