The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Right, it's gone 12 midnight here, so I'm off to bed. I'll wake up in the morning and scroll down through this thread, where I'll find posts recording an early goal for Limerick, another just before half-time, and a third around the hour as Shels are caught pushing forward. I'll find a big pile of money at the foot of the bed as well.

    Pats beat us 1 nil.

Hard to be too disappointed. We were poor in the first half, had a decent spell in the second when we brought on Davin and Cummins but you could see the difference in level alright.

Thought we did alright overall though. Roll on the league run in.

We more than matched Pats, it was more of a smash and grab.

We had one cleared off the line just before they scored
Thought we had some great momentum after Graham and Dav came on but when we didn't score Pats killed off the game impressively. Some of the time wasting was to be expected but 4 minutes at the end?

Still a defeat is better than a draw.

Dundalk 0-0 Bohs. A few said it was an awful game but to be honest I enjoyed it. It was scrappy at times but both sides were up for it. Both sides defences did well hence the goalless draw. Surprise decsisons by Foster leaving Murphy and Byrne on the bench with McHugh moving to left back and Breen starting. Have to say both were the correct decisions. Overall it was an even game. Dundalk lacked a cutting edge in the final third, missing Kearns creativity. Quigley was our main threat and Brennan ran the show for Bohs.

Replay in Dalymount will be difficult for us.

Given the way it actually panned out, I assume you haven't been online today because the pile of money at the end of your bed actually turned out to be a pile of diamonds and supermodels.

Agree it would have sounded better with the back ground noise but the footage was great to be fair.
