Delighted to see so many people come out and support the team.
Waterford will be contenders this year and that was easy to see, they are very solid at the back.
Murray and Carey are very experienced Div 1 players though they didn't have much faith in their keeper but we didn’t test him at all.
We were very naïve, gave away too much ball in midfield and were punished accordingly in the 2nd half. This is to be expected with a team so young and new.
The penalty was an awful decision though, as bad if not worse than Antos last week for Bohs.
No one could believe it was awarded, the place was stunned.
2nd goal was an excellent finish alright.
Onwards and upwards.
