It is an old Nokia phone (6230i I think), I dont have any lead to plug it into a pc - is there any other way to do this?

If you have email capabilties you could mail to yourself...or bluetooth.... as alot of laptops or computers have bluetooth now.

Bluetooth I reckon the best way, quick easy and no need for wires.
