They are far from being the biggest club in the country. Their support is very fickle. Will always get big crowds when your doing well and challenging for titles.
Been to the cross a few times this season and the crowds were not as big as City would like everyone to believe.

Been to a few matches at the cross this season and the biggest crowd I saw was against Ramblers, over 3,000. Other then that lucky if there was 2,000 there.
Considering it is the second biggest city in the country and no other premier team compete with in the city I'd expect bigger crowds.
Maybe someday city might be considered the biggest club in the country, but just not yet.
I wouldn't worry about it Bella, he doesn't even support a LoI team (he used to have a Shamrock Rovers crest as his avatar), plus he's clearly forgotten the existence of Sporting Fingal
