Such a shame about Christopher Evan Welch. His character was tremendous.

My favourite scene(s) so far in either series was him discussing sesame seeds:
The first time I watched the series, I thought he was being a dick to the guys, but after watching it again he was acting correctly as an advisor, making sure they hit all the correct deadlines, had the correct details registered, etc.
Great character, took until the end of the second series for his replacement to actually "replace" him. His funeral was handled excellently as well.

So... Peep Show... Series 9.., It's wonderful. I'm going to be realy sad that it's over in 3 weeks,

I cried laughing (really real tears) at one of the scenes were Jez has Mark so wonderfully painted as the ass he is:

I know you like to pretend that you're this stuffed shirt who reads incredibly boring books about dead people killing each other with bayonets and typhoid, but I know the truth.
I've watched Grand Designs with you.
That smile when some eco-glass gets delayed on its way from Antwerp and the nice couple gets pushed over budget.
    That's the real you.
For those uninitiated just go and watch. It's all up on All4.

I got the Missus hooked on Series 1 at the weekend.

Jez: "im going to go home, sit on Big Suze's dildo and **** myself silly."

Watched Jessica Jones on Netflix in the space of a week. Very enjoyable show, similarities to Daredevil and there's a crossover series in the works I believe. I thought it moved along at a great pace after the first couple of episodes and there's some very interesting character development.

Anyone watch The Walking Dead? never watched it and somehow got into the newest season that is restarting on sunday and since watched some of the other seasons. I honestly cant believe how good it is. The season where they are on the farm is terrific. I would never think I would have liked it either. Seriously recommend. You can catch up pretty easily too, it's not hard to follow.

Highly recommend checking out Stranger Things on Netflix, if you haven't already. They really nail the 80's sci-fi/horror vibe (ET, Close Encounters) and it's got elements of the Goonies and Stand by Me thrown in. Very easy to watch, nicely produced, and generally just good fun.

The Tunnel. Both seasons. The first season is especially one of the best written and tension filled shows I've ever seen. From start to finish the character building and the story buildup is remarkable.

Dying to get stuck into the Bridge as a result. After Fortitude however.

    Sigrid Bouaziz. YARM!

Watched the first episode the other night - got a good feeling for it for much the same reasons as you, PI. Good role for Winona Ryder, too, I think.

Stranger Things is an absolute triumph. Absolutely fantastic. Winona Ryder is superb, as is all the cast.

Watched a couple of episodes the other day. It's not a bad concept, certainly brings out some interesting characteristics, I was cringing and annoyed at various stages.

Half way through. Plan to watch the next half at the weekend. I think it's deadly.

    Line of Duty.

Finally got round to bingewatching Season 3 at the weekend ... my pulse returned to normal around lunchtime Tuesday.

wasn't a big fan of the TV lineup over Christmas, meant to get into The OA on netflix, but ended up binge watching Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. If anyone had explained it to me, I would have dismissed it out of hand, but it's surprisingly enjoyable.
All of the first series and the first half of the second series is on netflix. Check it out.

    Then I subsequently binge-watched it.

Hadn't got the brain capacity of late with exams ongoing and I decided to rewatch Community. Falling in love with the show more this time round.

Currently watching Nobel, Norwegian political/military drama. Very gritty and real. Enjoying it although only 3 episodes in.

Haven't been able to get into very much recently, even Narcos season two has been a slog.

Tales From The Crypt. All the episodes are up on YouTube.

Some of them are ****e. Some of them are very good. Some good character actors in lead roles.
