I think they'd both be good moves for him. Leicester are the champs and will be in the Champions League. Liverpool are a huge club, suited to Long's style of play and should be very good next season with Klopp.

Problem is, he's clearly rated by Koeman now. Has progressed under Koeman and the coaches hugely in the past year. He could improve further with another year but he'll be 30 then. Tough one, if the rumours are true.
