Pitch will be ready, passed the ground, the goalposts went back up today, new dressing room complex looks v. good, I noticed planning permission for a new stand has gone in too.
As for friendlies you forget that we had a M.S.C game with Rockmount, that game would be worth 2 friendlies alone as it was a competitive game against a team with 7 or 8 ex Rams. I don't think we will lack for match fitness either, the team also played a friendly behind closed doors against Mayfield last week (1-0 Bruton), so we should hit the ground running, next friday's game will be a great test of our fitness.

Sure you played them a couple of years ago on a beach - so how bad can it be?

Better than it was back then, a lot of EL pitches suffer at this time of the year, little or no growth from December on etc, and given that there has been little rain the pitch is fairly bumpy I'm sure but it will right itself in time.

I take it, the dressing rooms will be opened tonight and @ 745pm KO with Cork City. Wrap up well, it'll be cold tonight.

its not a full strenght team but it is a good team

    Our starting 11 is:

    Mcnulty

    Lordan Dan Guthrie Danny

    Roy Gamble Georgie Woods

    Fenn Behan

i thought flynny would have played at his hometown club
also lordan guthrie and mcnulty are all not 1st team but they are on our bench normally
