    Users of Eircom's bitream DSL products, which would be most DSL users in the country (Eircom supply BT, UTV, Netsource, etc). The main exceptions would be Smart and BT Business DSL users. NTL is cable internet so it's unaffected, but as far as I know NTL's speeds are already higher than most DSL products.

    So basically they're upgrading those that already have it - never mind all the fookin exchanges that can't get anyway

    I heard eircom lines can support upto 12-13 GB but not rolled out yet.
