All S.F.A.I. and F.A.I.and Connacht cup games will be decided on the day. In the event of a draw, extra time (10 minutes each way) F.I.F.A. rules on penalties to apply if necessary.Please ensure all clubs check opposing teams colours to avoid colour clashes on match day.Also ensuring each player is properly attired i.e. with correct jersey,shorts,socks,shin guards and regulation footwear.
Clubs are once again reminded,results must be phoned in immediately after all games to League Administrator Mr Paul Hynes 0719130830 no further excuses, or exceptions will be accepted. All clubs are advised that a compulsory fine of 25 euro will be imposed for all late results.which must be paid within 14 days. Failure to pay within this time frame will incur a second fine of 25euro.
There can be strictly no postponements, if the home ground is deemed unplayable the game reverts to opponents venue immediately if available.
Pitch Inspections: All requests for pitch inspections for all Saturday Sligo Leitrim Youth games should be made to I.S.R.S liason officer Mr Bertie Mc Gowan 0719169554 no later than 1pm on Fridays,otherwise any cancellation of matches due to unplayable pitches will only be decided by the assigned referee on match day.There can be no exceptions to this ruling.Disciplinary Matter;Any player sent off (red carded) in any Sligo Leitrim Youth soccer game shall automatically miss the next competitive game,any further suspension or fine will be advised.

2006 Sports Capital Programme Workshop
Sligo Sport and Recreation Partnership is holding a workshop on the Department of Arts, Sport and Tourism’s 2006 SPORTS CAPITAL PROGRAMME on :MONDAY 5TH December 2005 from 7.00pm to 9.00pm at the Partnership Offices, Riverside, Sligo. The purpose of this seminar is to assist local sports clubs and community groups in putting together effective applications for National Lottery funding for sports facility development. The seminar will involve a detailed analysis of the Development of Arts, Sports and Tourism’s Capital Grant Scheme application process, which is expected to be advertised in December 2005, and is suitable for administrators, committee members of sports clubs and community groups.Workshop fee is €5 per person/€10 per club or organisation.
