Tough year ahead for Mary's. A whole new team with new manager should take them awhile to sort things out. Comfortable win for Douglas Hall

Caught the 2nd half of Mayfield 0-0 Avondale last night, even enough game, both sides had chances to win it.
    Roy was in attendance also.
Played on the astro, new surface looks well.

I cannot understand why teams are playing on Astro pitches this time of year, mayfield have a fine grass pitch aswell.

was at the everton blarney match tonight.blarney ar a fine side pass the ball very well. everton looked very sluggish compare to blarney. blarney had all the chances and should have went away with the 3 points but everton had there goalkeeper to thank john mulligan was the stand out performer of the night with top class saves. everton hit the bar in the first half. everton will be happy with a good point. just getting to astro pitch i think match shouldn't be played on them the its not the same as the grass pitch and its so hard for people to slide tackle with the burn you get.

To be fair there was three games up there on Wednesday night so all pitches were being occupied but you'd think the seniors would have first call.

No have no affiliation with any team,I just don't understand senior/junior matches being played on a all-weather pitch this time of year.Grass pitches are at there best, everyone training on grass, every team wants to play on grass.

I'm just wondering what people think of clubs charging to get into senior premier games.

Im sure clubs would prefer not to charge supporters but clubs have to make money to pay bills. Unless clubs are taking the p**s with prices i have no problem paying a couple of €

100% correct in charging, I believe there is a handy fee for 3 officials now, some of them from what I've seen should not be left near a pitch never mind paid for it but that's for another day.
High costs and what's wrong with paying €3 euros to watch your local team, the gaa charge for junior games,so every senior club should be charging to help cover costs.

I think clubs charging is only natural at the end of the day the senior league is only one step off league of Ireland and people pay €15 to watch that €3 is a fair price especially when clubs have to pay €150 for three officials some who are worse than useless
