Officials in Nyon who normally do the hearing for these type of things are in Brazil at the moment so they are flying 3 representatives from both Avondale UCC and the Munster Senior league out to Manaus some time during Sunday afternoon and all will be discussed!

Cobh Wanderers have tonight announced that they will be entering a team in the Munster Senior League for the upcoming season after a year absence. Their senior team will play in the 2nd Division and will be managed by Eric McCarthy, Davin O'Neill and Darragh Burke. Hopefully this is the start of a bright era for the club and Cobh football as a whole.

Well we will have the majority of last years squad.there will also be the majority of youths coming through.management will obviously bring in there own players and they are hoping that all the players who have left will return.
the plan will to enter 3 teams but it could end up being 1 but it will definetly be in the senior 2nd divison and the rest will a bonus.
a lot of hard work has been put in by the new committee after the last one nearly finished the club.
Over the last 3-4 years we have built new dressing rooms, got floodlights better than turners cross and in the last few months opened a brand new training astro.
i think friday night games too is a big draw.also with Gordan ryan, liam curtin and paul cronin who were part of the 2002 munster junior cup winning team, things look good for us

Lads wouldn't it make more sense for you to agree to disagree and previous on goings and support the club going forward without being stuck in the past
