What have PP got against bray?

A few weeks ago bray were 7-1 to beat Dundalk , I see that they are 6-1 to beat Cork!!! Why such big odds? Bray are no suckers but those odds look more like a bottom of a table team vs the leaders!

Like Dundalk , cork of course are favs for the game but 6-1! Madness

    Cork are due a defeat.

somenother great odds this weekend imo (ie harps 5/2).

Anyhows someone in PP doesn't rate Bray.
    Drogheda United in this together

Cause most bookies don't know or care less about the LOI.
Manager: Fergal, have you your boots with ya?
Fergal: Ya, I have them here.
Manager: Ah good stuff, well give them to this man so, he forgot his!

The prices reflect what punters are doing. PP do not have anything against Bray. They are just there to make money.

6/1 not even the best price you can get.

Bet365 are 7/1 and Betfair are 15/2 best price.

Take advantage of it. They most likely have the prices in such a way as to minimise their losses. Not enough people are punishing them so there is no incentive for them to pay more attention to the odds.

I'm sure our club sponsor are just balancing their books. Chances are plentry of people are using dundalk and cork in accumulators so they need to get some money on whoever is playing them. Hence the generous odds.

I've heard from people working there that they've got an actual written anti Bray Wanderers policy. Won't hire anyone from Bray either so the story goes.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.

    Rofl that explains it 😀😀

But the value betting wise is great for our league compared to other leagues IMO

Now come on Bray !!! (No offence Cork, just business )

No, they have algorithms that are based on form, etc which determine initial odds, which can then be moved by actual bets. They're just not very good or informed algorithms, presumably because there's so little action on the book that it's not worth their while.

    Cobh 5/2

    UCD 9/2

Limerick to win by four or more goals 100/1

It's bank holiday madness I tells you!

I'd say there's a 1/2 chance of Limerick winning by four or more goals, and the other 1/2 is a 0-0 draw.

Lol thx Patrick, only a fiver. I use winnings to bring my kids out for Saturday morning brekki - but looks like it's out of my pocket this week rather than PP 😀

(Kicking myself for not backing Cobh)
