there is a lot of games off http://www.soccercentral.ie/viewstor...&viewstory=yes
The weather has all but wiped out the entire eircom League programme for this evening with the only game still standing - Shels v Longford - facing a pitch inspection.

First to fall was the eircom League Premier Division tussle between Galway United and Bohemians.

Overnight rain and a continuing downpour in the West forced Galway officials to abandon any thoughts of playing the game this evening.

The match has been provisionally moved to Sunday but given the forecast, it is already unlikely that the game will go ahead.

Pitch inspections found the RSC (Waterford v Drogheda) and St Mel's Park (Athlone v Limerick) waterlogged and it is hoped that both games will be played on Sunday.
