The fear is that the club is a mere pawn in a property play and will be left isolated and broke after the deal is completed.
It could be a great move for them, I am sure they have looked into all the options and this is the most feasible move forward for the Club, wonder did the FAI strategic thingy have anything to do with this new brain wave

That's the worry. The big draw Bray has for Bray fans going to games I would imagine and certainly for away fans coming from Dublin is the location of the ground right in the middle of town and beside the DART.
Their training facilities don't have to be connected to the ground. Plenty of clubs don't train at the ground they play at.
