I don't believe the abbey lads would not play Oscar traynor as dey have in previous years with ouirke Smith an Sheehan playing if memory serves me right. No glin lads either which is a shame as both teams players would have been enough to get results v kerry.. another big weekend for desmond league side with abbey an carrig in fai. It would be great for league if they could progress but it may be henderance to abbey later in year as rivals are picking up valuable league points..
You may be right with that assessment southern kid, they're going great in all Cup competitions right now and they could fall behind a bit in the league. They're still unbeaten in the league though and will be there or thereabouts at the finish.
I think home advantage will swing it for them tomorrow night in a tight game. Carrig in poor form lately and very much underdogs against Evergreen.

Surprised that some matches fixed for same time as Munster Final Sunday. Should still be a big crowd in Newcastle. Decent draw for Abbey this evening in FAI, Navan Cosmos at home is winnable.

Is it still on in ncw, rumour has it Newcastle west mite not host it.. hopefully they put it up to michaels.. they are a quality side with big game players..was any one at abbeys game in fai. Some result to be fair. I think that navan cosmos are top side.they beat sheriff two wks ago in Leinster junior cup...
