In fairness I think it looks a bit worse than it was. We gave away a very soft early goal, but were well in the game until the second goal. After that it was all over and Dundalks two late goals (one in injury time) put a bit of a gloss on it. Not saying they didn't deserve to win, but 4-0 was harsh on Pats.
Out for a spell, got neglected, lay on the bench unselected.

St Pats were well beaten and apart from a 20 minutes spell in the first half were completely outclassed all over the pitch

Do you think that maybe 0-3 would have been a fairer reflection on the game?

Pats played quite well for large parts of the game. However, Dundalk have gears that Pats don't possess, and were able to punish them them when the chances came.

Very clinical, even tho we lost 4-0 it was a very enjoyable game, especially the first half. Horgan is a class above and was the main difference. I suspect McMillan won't be benched for Kilduff again any time soon
    Here on a technicality.

That's exactly it. Felt Pats played well for an hour but created very few real chances (Rogers did have to make some decent saves though). Dundalk were under a little pressure towards the end of the first half but Fagan going off made it easy for them in the second half

Game was over when the second went in

I thought the result flattered Dundalk a little but we were clinical in front of goal. The first half was end to end and was very entertaining. Rogers pulled off a couple of good saves aswell. Fagan going off hurt Pats a lot and McMillan was a lot more trouble for the Pats defence than Kilduff.

What is the story with the Pats PA announcer? Does he not check to see who Pats are playing. He announced Derry as the opponents as the teams took the field.
