Says Athlone and Waterford still owe players, which potentially impacts licensing. PFAI also express surprise at happenings in Bray.

Once any of those debts are cleared by the time it comes to hand over the required documents for the licenses then I'd imagine it's all fairly irrelevant.

if you follow him on twitter hes always one of the first to be giving out about Bray and he has mentioned he is owed a few wks wages! Kevin O Connor whos with us now is owed money from Bray too..
