Terrific turnout in Harps, well done. Could teach Cork City a thing or two about marketing.
The Gardai were searching all the Dundalk fans on the way into the ground last night.
I've been searched by stewards before but not the guards.

Well, to be honest, there was actually something more like 1,400 in the ground as official attendance doesn't include all the complimentary kids tickets handed out with a different school and underage football club brought along each week as guests of the club and Academy teams who all get in for free too of which there's around 100 players.
It's fantastic to see, and long may it last. There's a huge bandwagon support in Donegal, and if it continues it can only be good for Harps financially too as we've an incredibly low budget less than 2,000 a week.

Those pesky Gardai charging €300 per man to police big attendances mean that all our attendances to date have been around 350.
502 at Longford v Linerick per RTE report.
Poor crowd in Drogheda - maybe 550 or so including the President. He's been to nearly as many games as Tom this season!
I phoned the speaking clock to hear a voice speak, it said - "At the tone you will be very much alone"
Any corrections for the following?
Cork v Rovers - 4,138
Harps v UCD - 1,105
Derry v Sligo - 1,052
Shels v Waterford - 651
Longford v Limerick - 502
Pats v Dundalk - 2,000 estimate
Bohemians v Bray - 1,200 estimate
Drogheda v Galway - 550 estimate
Cabinteely v Cobh - 500 estimate

Cabo getting nearly the same as us just goes to show we are not doing enough to market ourselves just like many LOI clubs. Cabo making a great go of it fair play to them.
I'd say about 2,500 as well
It isn't just marketing though. Stradbrook is a walk away for loads of people. The Flansiro isn't. Cabinteely have a huge schoolboy section. Longford don't.
Not saying clubs shouldn't do more marketing, but some clubs have more to offer fans anyway

#DundalkFC - First Irish club to win an away game in Europe (1963), first Irish club to win points in a group stage in Europe (2016).
I'd guess around 400 or so. 2nd biggest Dundalk crowd in Inchicore after the 2013 "play off" game

Not only the twitter, the website is also poor. The supporters notes are alright, but only once per week. Small preview of the game with Cousins thinks about it, some small injury report, etc. Would be awesome.
Supporters notes after the match are alright, though a bit of report and Cousins opinions would be great. Galway, Sligo, Cork, are doing all this stuff very well.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
