    European windfall for 4 LOI clubs

    Just reading an article on joe.ie, Sligo, pats, Dundalk and Derry set for 30k each as financial fair play fines are spread out among European clubs. That should help soften the blow for Dundalk.

    uefa are great lads.

    what were the loi clubs originally entitled to outspoken? thats good news for Dundalk!

    Its for last seasons teams. Drogheda instead of us and same other 3

    That article says clubs who participated in last seasons competition will get the money. The four teams they name were in this seasons.

    Presumably there'll be a similar payout next year, which should come in handy when we're labouring in midtable with crowds in the hundreds

    I'd much rather the payment in two years time when we get the big bonus for qualifying for champions league.
