When does the Window close for LOI players, is it end of July just for transfers within the league or can you take in or move out a player to UK for eg up to end of Aug when their window closes?

Be delighted if we sign Gaynor as rumoured, surprised Sligo let him go.
A few people in Sligo happy to see Gaynor go. Not me. Quality player never used right - played out of position. If we're planning to let players of his quality go and expect to replace them with kids we could be looking at an extended spell in the doldrums.

Just to clarify for anyone wondering aswell those yanks are from the 4th (FOURTH) tier of the Americans leagues.
Which is one tier below the ladies league afaik.
He had one good season the year we won the league and was living off that all last season. He has been terrible this season. This 'played out of position' thing is also crap. He has publically said that he seen himself as a left back and that was his preferred position. His defending is nowhere near good enough ... his positioning is absolutely dreadful and his decision making is way off. Dead balls was always his strength and they have been below average this season.

At least Djilali has improved the last few weeks but fitness is still not there with him.
Gaynor has been very poor for quite a long time. Seeing as we have nothing left to play for good to decrease the wage bill somewhat. Pretty obvious that Coleman didn't rate him.
