No sign of Pat Shortt last night.
We can claim One Direction (6mins 50 on)
Life without Rovers, it makes no sense...it's a heartache...nothing but a fools game. S.R.F.C.
Although Sam L. wins this thread, Irvine Welsh is also a Bohs fan. Attended Bohs games very regularly down the years.
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
Pat Shortt @Pat_Shortt21h
Anyone got the result of the Sligo Limerick match. Working in Castlebar and couldn't make the match. Not long off stage.
So now we've got Westlife AND One Direction? In danger of collapsing under the weight of all the street cred.
Tommy Smyth ESPN is a big Dundalk supporter(not a celeb maybe but he has a huge Twitter following) .The late Dermot Morgan AKA Father Ted was a massive UCD and LOI fan.I think i read somewere that he also marched on or organised marches in support of KRAM(Keep Rovers At Milltown) back in the day?
No doubt, fairly well-known, but John Hume, Eamonn McCann and Martin McGuinness are Derry City supporters. The Undertones too, and Phil Coulter, apparently. Maybe even Dana?!
Saw this on Twitter the other week, taken during Martin McGuinness' trip to São Paulo: https://twitter.com/M_McGuinness_SF/...517120/photo/1
Define celebrity. I saw this chap on O'Connell street about a year ago and I got that 'oh fyck, there's someone famous' buzz:
By the way, why doesn't Johnny Logan follow Dundalk?
Logan is a Bohs fan... how bloody dare you all try to claim the cool ones.
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
I know he follows Bohs - but he's from Dundalk, isn't he?
EDIT: so he's not from Dundalk. according to this: http://www.johnnyloganfan.com/index....nd-information
he went to school in Drogheda, though.
So,,what I meant was....why doesn't he follow Drogheda? I mean, given a choice between them and Bohs....sheesh....astoundingly his taste in football is worse than his taste in music.
