AFC Longford Town? Sounds like a new club formed by disgruntled Longford fans disgusted by the original club's soulessness and commercialism.

Maybe if Roddy's takeover had gone through that time..
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.

Sorry for the delay in responding, Dodge - but until we see posts from the club/s, I have no information channel. Some news already in, I see! - but three out of four 3rd round results still to come ...

Twitter says Clontarf. Sheriff play in Fairview Park (according to one website), people are saying that they play on an all weather surface in Alfie Byrne Road (accessed from Clontarf Road) and there are the grass pitches on Alfie Byrne Road. Anyone know anyone in Sheriff YC that could clear up the venue?

@OrielUpdates are still waiting for clarification on the venue.

Can't be the grass pitches, no floodlights. Has to be the all weather.

Sheriff's schoolboy teams play in Fairview Park. I may be wrong but I think their senior team plays in the AUL complex.

It appears to have been confirmed for the artificial pitch on the Clontarf Road. Someone said it was €3 in. I don't know how much space they have for spectators but with it being the first competitive game of the season for Dundalk the crowds could possibly be higher than Sheriff expect.

Guna head up to this and not bother watching Milan/Barca. Thinks theres a few heading from the town as well. Is there much parking about here or do I need to park in the dart station carpark.
