Dominated start to finish. Just like the cork game we kept it on the deck. Failed to create too many clear cut chances but played lovely football. Bradley ran the show and most Wexford fans agreed. He looked for it off the centre backs all night and knocked it around doing the simple thing.

If we keep playing that losses would be at least acceptable cause we'd be trying to play football.

Would agree with this and add that it was a very, very encouraging showing. Still looked a little vulnerable at centre-half at times but overall it was an excellent performance. Lots of changes. Dave Ryan in goal, Sean Kelly and Shane Tracy at the full back positions with Paddy and Cory in the centre. Bradley and Gamble in the middle of the field with Brosnan and Gaffney on the wings. Behan and Garbhan Coughlan up top. Gary Sheehan, David O'Leary and Paudi Quinn off the bench. Some small credit has to go to Scully for rolling the dice.

Scramble in the box after a corner fell to Gaffney who turned and hit in from a fairly central position about eight or ten yards out maybe. Crisp finish, keeper hadn't much chance with it.

Surely that should be, 'where ARE your Russians gone?' or 'where HAVE your Russians gone'
    ...no excuse for poor grammar

To be accurate it should be " Where have your Czech and Polish gone" seen as none of em were Russian

Game in Ballybofey is a bit trickier now.

Longford have a gimme against Mervue as well.

Dunno about that. They slipped up against Salthill after all, and their first choice keeper will be suspended.

As the old saying goes, "Never argue with an idiot, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience."

Thought Wexford was a grand drive myself. Roads aren't bad the whole way. Around tipp there are some bad roads but Barr that it's grand to Waterford and basically main road from there to to Wexford.
