You can't count, an albeit refreshing, cordial when the discussion is about alcoholic beverages....

    Amazing

But does it taste the same? Magners isn't as nice as Bulmers.... I blame the water, that's used for the ice. Is fluoridation in operation up there?

I think it 's just got something over the more aristocratic Robinsons which always seems to leave me more thirsty after drinking it than before.

its a gimmick to use so that you drink more of it to cure the "thirst" the previous glass has left you with....before you realise it your bottle of robinsons, mi-wadi etc is gone and you're off to buy another one.

Same as those restaurants that put loadsa salty stuff on food that makes you thirsty!

Bulmers' proper name is actually Magners and it is called Bulmers here because they also have a Bulmers Cider in the north & UK made by someone else and it is complete ****.They also have Bulmers in Australia and it is a bit closer to our Bulmers and is known as Bulmers Red Cider but you just can't beat the original which is made by Showerings i think.

Jeez working in a pub in the UK can confusing. People give me strange looks when someone asks what cider we have in the pub, i say Bulmers instead of Magners.... and when people ask for a packet of cheese and onion Walkers crisps, often find myself giving them the green packet. (Salt and Vinegar!) weird country....
