Just a thought - maybe its practice to list the club at which the player committed the offence that triggered the suspension?

That is the listing the fai released the week after the end of last season - so at that time the club details were correct
the listing they released earlier this week has the correct club details etc
There's four Galway United players on that list so you're correct it would seem.
