BOC was in Cork in full Limerick get up on Saturday for the friendly - got a cheer and a half chant from us as well. Legend for the tackle that won us the FAI Cup in 2007

Harps signed Thomas McBride from Institute. Great signing.

Is the Jason Hughes with Athlone the ex-Limerick player again? Good to see him not settling for junior ball if so. Paul Danaher and Robbie Kelleher both decent players too and Brian Collopy had a lot of potential too.
The ball is round and has many surprises.

Ya that's him, Kerley rates him big time. Wouldnt be suprised to see Thomas Lyons heading up to Athlone when the junior season finishes.

I'd like to see those players doing well tbh. Jason Hughes looked a SERIOUS prospect when he emerged on the scene, it never quite happened for him with Limerick after that first season sadly but he's still only a young fellah, could bounce back yet.
