Wants to go on loan again. Would be a good move if first team opportunities aren't opening up. Aside from League Cup games and the remote possibility of a succession of injuries to Young, Nani, Evra and Rafael, he won't get much first team football as it stands.

Good if he got a lower premiership team to take him. Somewhere where he'd play a lot

I'd say the scousers would prefer him over Downing and Borini

United have done that before, to great success, with the likes of Danny Welbeck.

Not to Liverpool though. I would have suggested Sunderland was the ideal destination before they got Adam Johnson. Ferguson likes Roberto Martinez so Wigan could be an option, maybe QPR or West Ham too.

He wasn't even given a squad number while the likes of angelo henriquez, powell and bebe were so would assume his chances aren't even of the remote kind.

I can only presume the number Bebe was given was 45 with a P in front of it. Jaysus.

Hughton wants to make Robbie Brady a Canary

    http://www.joe.ie/football/football-...nary-0028345-1

After his virtuoso international debut on Tuesday night Robbie Brady is hot property at the moment and an Irish legend is keen on taking him on board.

Despite a brilliant display for Ireland against an admittedly ramshackle Oman side at Craven Cottage, Brady is unlikely to see much game time at Manchester United this season and has admitted that he might have to go out on loan again to enhance his international prospects.

Brady shone while on loan at Hull last season and having watched him in action on Tuesday night, Chris Hughton is reportedly interested in bringing Brady to Norwich on a temporary basis.

The Irish Daily Star are reporting this morning that both the Canaries and Wigan could move to sign Brady on loan, even though there is a possibility he could feature on the United bench against Wigan tomorrow due to a mini injury crisis and is likely to play against Newcastle in the league cup later this month if he hangs around.

Brady played at left back during United’s tour of South Africa in the summer with a view to providing cover for Patrice Evra this season, but the signing of Alexander Buttner from Vitesse Arnhem would appear to have put paid to that idea for now.

“Signing him (Buttner) has changed things but one injury to another player could have me back in there too,” Brady told the Irish Daily Star.

“While I like playing reserve games, which I’ve done in the last few weeks, I need to be playing at a higher level to push on. That may be out on loan.”

Even though he sparkled on his debut, Giovanni Trapattoni has also hinted that the 20-year old is unlikely to be called upon for next month’s crucial World Cup qualifier against Germany and unless he sees more action at club level, it could be a while before he’s back in the green shirt again.

Brady seems destined for big things eventually, but rotting in the United reserves or on the Old Trafford bench will hardly do him any good and a loan move may be the best option.

Whatever happens, the more we see of this lad this season, the better.

That would be a good move for him, although I think Wigan would be better. Let's hope if it's the latter that Martinez doesn't try to convince him to declare for Scotland.

Leicester being linked in these parts as well http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/to...brady-on-loan/

He was with Pearson at Hull last season. Time for him to light up the Prem though I hope.

Norwich would be a decent move for him, but i still think Wigan would be the best move, especially with Moses gone to Chelsea and the fact they play some really nice football and I think he would do really well there

Just looking at the Wigan team from their game against Stoke, Martinez went with Beasejour and Maloney on the flanks. Rio Miyaichi, the hot Japanese prospect on loan from Arsenal, was left on the bench. That doesn't bode too well for Brady going there. However, United are playing Wigan this weekend so a quick bottle of vino may be shared between Fergie and Martinez and the topic of Brady may come up for discussion.

In relation to Norwich, they have quite a number of wing options in Pilkington, Snodgrass, Bradley Johnson and Hoolahan.

I'd like to see Brady tested in the Premier League, at least until January, by which stage he can move to a Championship club like Leicester if opportunities at a struggling Premier League club with a manager under pressure to bring around results rather than developing and trusting another club's player don't present themselves.

Indo article suggests Brady will play in the cup against Newcastle next week before going on loan to Leicester, despite the interest of EPL clubs.

Yes, the loan window is open until the end of the March I think.
