Air Baltic for 281 euro via Riga using skyscanner. Out early 5th back 7th Sept.
This goes in to Sheremetyevo which is by far the best Moscow airport to use as it has good train connections to the centre.
air berlin
berlin-moscow return (mon -wed) is only €116.
Both ryanair and aerlingus fly into berlin.
Try BMI, flights were available for c. 400e.
Also a good option, with a nice jaunt in Cologne, is with Aer Lingus to Dusseldorf, an s-bahn to Cologne, and from there with Germanwings to Moscow Vnukovo. It's great as you arrive in a place where there are a number of good priced hotels near the Yugo-Zapadnaya metro, which is a few stops on the red line from Luzhniki, though a little further on from Loko, but also about 30minutes from the centre.
Aeroflot from Heathrow is around €280 Mon - Wed, not too bad.
