It could of course but Rico would never make do with a line as succinct as that.

that ex waterford player, or waterford fan whoever he was, said 'soccer' a few times. should be shot.

dont know why they had to use soccer in the name of the show either!

Well it's a fact that a lot of people in Ireland refer to 'association football' as 'soccer'. No big deal in my opinion - after living down the country for over 3 years I know that if you say 'soccer' people think you are talking about GAA football. Have no problem with it.

Great to see the Section O faithful getting a mention during the Town game.

If i asked someone down here if they were going to the football match, they'd immediately thing of gaa, mostly referred to soccer down here. Get slated in college in dublin for calling it soccer though.

PS anyone know why Pats wore a 'snazzy' all green kit in the 1980 cup final, seems odd as Waterford wore their changed all white, even if they wore all blue it seems an odd colour for Pats, never heard of them in green before ?

    Dodge ?

I'd have to check. He may well have said 'indubitively'. We all sat around trying to say it after him. No one could.

Nearly sure she said Bryan Guy before Dempsey's shot in the first half.
