Six foot tall and 11 stone? I hope it was a tuna and nandrolone sandwich. He will need to put on at least 20lbs of pure muscle (which is not easy) to make it at the top level.

This s a ridiculous thread. Everyone knows that sandwiches in Birmingham are not of the calibre he was used to getting at his old club, and consequently he has taken to wraps until Birmingham negotiate a six figure deal to import Bray sandwiches.
