FORAS LOI Last Man Standing-Series 3

Congratulations to David Gray, who won FORAS' Last Man Standing Series 2. He beat 146 other participants to claim the 735euro prize fund.

With Series 1 and 2 both being a big success, the final LOI Last Man Standing of this season will begin on Friday, 4th September.

Help us to expand the competition, and prize fund, by signing up friends family and colleagues.Entries must be in by Monday, 31st August.

Entry fees can be paid to forastrust@gmail.com via PayPal or handed to any BoM member between now and Monday August 31st, look for the green jacket. I will be standing outside Turner's Cross from 6.30 the night of the Cliftonville game, and will also be available to collect money at half time, next to the club shop. We will also take money at all away games between now and then.

Please remember if you are not entering via PayPal we will need an email address to send you the fixtures every week.

The rules for the competition are as follows:

    1) Each week you must pick 1 team to win.
    2) You may only pick each team once in a series(so if you pick Cork City in week one then you cannot pick them again for the next 9 weeks.
    3) If your team wins you move on to round 2, if your team loses or draws you are knocked out.
    4) There are 10 rounds in each series.
    5) The winner is the 'last man standing' or anyone left after series 10.
    6) The winner/winners receive 50% of the pool of money with the other 50% going to FORAS.
    7) On the Monday before each game you will receive an email informing you if you have moved on to the next round. Simply respond to this email with your choice for that week by the Thursday of the week.
    8) You can check the progress online at www.forastrust.ie.
    9) It costs 10 euro to enter, the more entrants the bigger the prize fund.
    10) If a game is postponed AFTER the choices are in, anyone who has picked a team involved will move on but cannot choose that team again.

Your weekly choices, or any other comments/queries, can be emailed to
    lastmanstanding@forastrust.ie .
Please note that this email address is NOT for PayPal payments.

Not trying to compete with the Bohs lads one This is an LOI one and there's no reason not to be in both.

David Gray, a dundalk fan, has managed to win it for the second time in a ro, we'll ahve to get him to sign up to FORAS at this stage

In the last series, we had a large range of entrants from other clubs, at least 6 or 7 clubs that Im aware of had entrants.

I'd be great if we could get someone from every club involved. Hopefully we can increase the amount of participants, and the prizemoney as well as the money for FORAS which in the current climate will come in very handy.

Thanks to everyone who entered the last 2, it's much appreciated.

If there are people without paypal, I can arrange to meet you at games when we play you, at least one FORAS personw ill be at all away games.

    Thansk Again.

Cant wait for it again. Its a great way are adding an extra bit of interest to all the games each week.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Monday Stu, with the fixtures for the weekend after.

Using this weekend to sign people up at Cliftonville as it's been our only home game this month.

145 entrants as of now. 725euro prize money, 725euro for FORAS.

Thanks to everyone who has participated, and a special thanks to those who helped sign people up both at the match and in other places. Your help was greatly appreciated.

Round 1 emails have been sent out. Please let me know if you don't get it.

Yes. there was a mistake on the email listing this fixture as sunday, as thats what's on LOI.ie.

I have to send out a clarification
