Yes Shels did cheat, not gonna deny it, coz I can't, it did happen.

But why didn't every club look at Shels and say to themselves we need to get the finger out and stop paying people wages we can't afford???? It sounds like common sense to me.

And the "effectively cheat" line was a bad one, apologies.

I think more people around the country would donate to Foras if it actually launched an appeal. I've looked at the site and there isn't a specific appeal relating to efforts to save or revive the club.
