Waiting for the story that a Drogheda United supporter wins the competition and starts two foot tackling his own players on the night.

Yeah, but he'd have to contribute 25euro to Dundalk first.

Pat's against Leicester a few years ago was the first time I heard of this being done in Ireland. They even got a spot on RTE News showing a blunder by Ian Walker (he'd made a couple of high profile ones that season) saying that if he played that badly, the lucky person could even get on the scoresheet.

It's a common addendum to the Legends' Games, I think (or at least, the option is there if clubs want)

It's a good one alright. But who is to say whoever the Joe Soap who wins it goes in and brakes the next Leo Messi's leg! Sued to the heavens.

Think you'd find us doing a Dave Rodgers to the shed.
Hunky Dorys Park - could be worse, we could be going to Old Trafford every other week

Pat's did this against Leicester or someone about five years ago. As I recall, a couple of Leicester fans paid a good few quid to play.

They having a long history independent and then semi-independent of Barca, so in spite of being technically a B team, they tend to stick with their old name.

It's Barcelona Atletic, I think it's being sold as a Barcelona XI.... but I suspect the competition winner will be telling the grandkids that he played against Barcelona!

Bit of a pain in the ... alright. We'll be on to Tom Coughlan this afternoon for advice about how to 'cut our cloth'.
