Mons sign eight
Monaghan United manager Terry Cooke has added eight players to his squad for next season’s First Division campaign, with midfielder Anto Murphy, signed from St Patrick’s Athletic, the highest-profile acquisition for the Mons boss.
Murphy was a regular squad member for the Saints last season, although he was restricted to occasional appearances for the first eleven.
