The fans have been on Megson's back since he was appointed, I'm more surprised he made it this far than anything else
where do we go from here?

Talk of Coyle going to Bolton. Hardly a huge step up for him, exchanging a team in the drop zone without great prospects for one outside the drop zone with less prospects but one which he has developed. Must be a money thing.

I think Coyle would be better off waiting for a bigger job to come along. Unless something disastrous happens at Burnley I'd say his reputation will be safe long enough for him to sit it out an wait for a better opportunity, like Liverpool for example.

I also think Megson was unlucky to lose his job, given that Bolton have often been relegation threatened during their time in the Premiership and Megson looked to be a decent bet to lead them out of it. I'm sure during the early Allardyce years they finished 17th a few times.

How Megson even got the Bolton job after his stint at Forest amazed me.

    Coyle must just love Bolton!

Birmingham apparently had a 10 million pound bid for McGeady turned down. I cannot believe they are trying to waste 9 million on Babel. Liverpool turned down the bid?!

I think Bolton is a good job for Coyle. They have far greater long term prospects than Burnley I would think, despite the current league standings. Coyle has reached the limit of what he could have been expected to achieve at Burnley and the only way is down from here on I would think. There's no way he'd get a job much bigger than an established PL club anyway, which Bolton are at this stage. The fact that he used play for them and will probably be getting a lot more money adds handsomely to an easy decision.

Not being allowed to reinvest the 9 million in the squad is the reason you'll find Benitez won't sell him

Well it's easy to do when you make a £48 million year profit during your last financial year.
Sepp Blatter and Michel Platini can rot in in hell the cheating langers. They got their wish I hope it's the worst World Cup EVER!

Not that easy when you're over 600 milion in debt! Not quite sure how the debt got that high but they're obviously servicing it easily enough but imagine if things started to go badly, and revenue dropped.

Mind you, £1.00 from every Man U supporter around the world would soon dispose of it.
