Lads,
Most of you hear probably won't know a former Cobh Ramblers played Called Jerry Dwyer, but he played for Cobh Ramblers for manys a year back in the 70's when I was only a Nipper. However, I do remember the man as a player, a relation and a friend as I got older who always had time for the younger player. In his later life he moved back to Dublin and was very active in, Wayside Celtic and I do believe he was at some stage Chairman of Man Utd Supporters Dublin Branch. On this day we say goodbye to a footballing friend. RIP Jerry Dwyer.

It was actually Wayside Celtic he was involved in and not Killester Utd as I previousy stated and have edited my original post.
Good stuff Mark. Speaking to Cobh Ramblers people today and people in general around the town and all I hear is Ramblers Legend
Sad to hear.

Respect where it's due. RIP Jerry.
