Bad result for Bray, they just got out of the relegation play-offs and lose the easiest game of their season

Would have been delighted with the draw beforehand so good result all in all. Hopefully the performance was a positive one, the extratime updater seemed to be enjoying the game anyhow.

I wasn't sure what to expect from Longford so a 2-2 draw against Shelbourne is good.

I don't think anyone knows what to expect from us these days. I just don't expect anything and then I won't be too disappointed!.

Received a text from someone at the Shels vs Longford game saying ref sent Tom King off and gave peno, He then changed his mind and just gave the goal. That was at 2-1

Ref was sending him off for handling the ball on line and linesman intervened and said ball was over line before he touched it

Fair play to Mervue. They've be caught late a buch of times this season so that one must be particularly sweet for them.

I see, fair enough, we could do without any more sendings off for a while really and they would have scored the penalty anyway. Thanks lino.

    By **** I enjoyed that!

If the saying a game of 2 halves was ever doubted then tonight proved it totally correct. We were shockin in the first half. No fight, no desire and terrible passing.

2nd half was the complete opposite. Outstanding. The goals were superb, the battling and determination of EVERY SINGLE PLAYER was excellent. We made Bohs look like a pub team.

For me the MOTM was Kevin Deery. Superb performance. Never stopped all night, played a stunning ball into Farren for the goal and him and Eddie just ran the right side.

Excellent display, a badly needed result!! GIRFUY Fenlon ya wee ******!!!

Shockin tackle, same as his first tackle last week, above the knee on Higgins. Should have walked

Simple answer - it wasn't being played in Dublin.
