That doesn't mean they can sign loan players, they still have to stick to the squad they submitted a few weeks ago. Now because Brady is under 21 it might not apply to him.

Under 21's don't need to be registered to play, so he's free to go whereever within the window. I think there's a rule about not allowing more than one loan from a team in the same division so QPR would be out.
on the bench for tonight's league cup game against Newcastle
That'z disappointing.
he is on
Looked tidy and got plenty of touches in the time he was on. May have been a little conservative going forward - Powell looked a lot more confident - but he looks like the kind of player who can hang on to the ball easily enough. Tougher tests await. Hopefully he can go out on loan to a Premier League club now.
He was playing left back on a team holding onto a 2-1 lead, he wasn't expected to push forward. He can't go on loan to a premier league club either. Premier League clubs can loan players out but not in.
Are you sure? That's a shame. Looks like the news reports about Wigan/Norwich being interested were just made up then.
So how come Lukaku is at WBA and Benayoun is at West Ham?
They're allowed to be loaned during the transfer window but not the loan window, from what I can gather.
linked with a loan to Nottingham Forest this morning, they already have Jermaine Jenas, James Coppinger, Billy Sharp and Daniel Ayala on loan.
Isn't there a limit on the number of loan players you can have?
The maximum number of Temporary Transfers to any one Club registrable
in the same Season shall be 4 and in no circumstances shall more than 1 be
from the same Transferor Club
Just heard Lou Macari on Talksport, who was covering Man Utds reserve game against Newcastle last night and said Robbie was carried off towards the end of the game.
On phone at moment. I'm sure another poster can add more detail / confirm.
It says Sunderland here: http://thepeoplesperson.com/report-m...-0-sunderland/
I think they played Newcastle reserves last week before the league cup game.
The link just says an injury, not being stretchered off, and the United forum here makes no mention of a stretcher either: http://www.redcafe.net/f40/u21s-sund...66/index2.html

Wolves touted as his destination now. They have quite a large squad but, obviously, Brady has enough talent to prosper once he receives game-time. I'm sure that's something Ferguson will be fairly insistent upon as a condition to the move.
As far as I know, he can move to a Premier League club on loan in January, so until then the best he can do is a Championship side. January should see him move somewhere like Norwich or get more opportunities at his parent club, I would presume. I'd be surprised if he joins Wolves for the season.
Wolves have three wingers out injured so it makes sense. They tried to buy him during the summer it seems but were knocked back.
He looks like our most exciting prospect in years.
Our most exciting prospect since James McCarthy, I would have said.
Clifford has yet to make his international debut, not to mention score on the debut. Nor has he played as much Championship football as Brady, he hasn't played at that level yet. Furthermore, Brady has 7 goals for our under 21's. Clifford has played a game more than him and has yet to score. The hype about Brady, at this moment, is more than justified and fair.
Wolves have brought in Ireland's Jermaine Pennant on loan.
