First you suggest that I have too much interest in Rovers, then that it is odd to quote what the Rovers manager said, and now I have black and white blinkers on. Strange series of posts. Perhaps you can connect the dots of your thinking for me.

No issue that I'm aware of, In general he is well liked and scores goals , but had a lot of anonymous performances when as a senior player surrounded by kids he should have been doing more during the latter half of the season.
Saying that he did have a few excellent matches , it will be interesting to see if he is resigned, Connolly and Corry would both be midfielders but we have a lot more players to sign so maybe he will still fit in.
Always though he was a bit wasted when played in deep midfield 2. Should always be an attacking midfielder imho. The intro of corry and lopes will hooefully enable him to play further forward
Shelbourne's player of the season Jack Brady has signed for Longford. He's a 19 year old goalkeeper. Interesting signing.
Finn Harps sign Danny Morrissey formerly of Cork City!
Waterford (United?) FC have signed Paul Murphy, ex-Waterford United and ex-Wexford Youths.
That's him.
