Seen it a few times in the LOI players going from Champions League/Europa League nights to scrapping away in the First Division two years later

Pat's seemingly won the race for Forrester??
Athlone is Meenans twelfth League of Ireland club according to extratime.ie is that some kind of record??
Ten listed here? http://www.extratime.ie/player/689/darren_meenan/
Pretty impressive though. I doubt it's a record but it's gotta be close
Pats about to announce Forrester?

That'll be Rhys McCabe, he's been signed up for a while already they just haven't announced it yet.
Though apparently we're strong favourites to get Forrester which is mad. Sign me up for overreacting and thinking we've got the league wrapped up if so.
Double signing - Chris Forrester and Rhys McCabe announced.
Squad looking very handy indeed....

We are indeed going to absolutely walk the league lads.
Conor Kenna was playing for LTFC against Shamrock Rovers this morning. We do need more experienced players.
Assuming it’s not the nearly 40 year old former LOI player or the young lad at Sunderland who made their bench recently, Google hasn’t been able to shed much light on him.
Paddy McCourt is taking part in pre season training and some are saying he's already signed a playing contract.
I'd be shocked if that was the case. As brilliant as he was last season for Harps you could see why he was getting set to hang up his boots. Maybe they want him to sign a contract in case there's some sort of injury crisis but even then he'd have to be training all year round to stay fit.
Some people, being you. Paddy might sign a player contract in case of emergency, but he's just been doing a kick about in training as far as I know and not taking part in full training. If he were signing as a player he'd surely have taken part in a preseason game too.
Paddy McCourt was nothing short of a footballing genius, but his time as an effective pro footballer has surely passed.
