The league is a total mess. Many clubs are in crisis and overspending continues to cripple the majority of league clubs. Serious doubts exist as to whether several clubs will be able to start next season. Forward planning is virtually non existent and some of the decisions made by clubs are quite breathtakingly stupid. So what is the way forward? The clubs must adopt a new attitude completely. Transparency and sustainability must replace the short term pursuit of success ...
